The apartment is situated on the first floor in a Georgian building, but has all modern conveniences and furnishings. Fast Wi-Fi and all utilities included. You can also enjoy sitting in the lovely courtyard. It is within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, clubs and all the fine things Goulburn has to offer. Two bicycles are available for use; the new river walking/ bike tracks are fabulous. The apartment is spacious and is suitable for a romantic weekend away, but also perfect for longer stays if relocating. A study nook with a desk provides an ideal work environment, and the lounge is a lovely area to relax with a glass of wine! We also have a near identical apartment on the second floor... Georgian Splendour in Central Goulburn Number 2, if this one is unavailable. We live on the property and are available to help in any way. Goulburn is a perfectly situated regional town; one hour away from Canberra and the Southern Highlands, and two hours from Sydney, the South Coast and the Snow's You can walk everywhere from the apartment , and bicycles are available if youwish to venture further. After parking you can walk to most places or use the bicycles available.
