Situated on the outskirts of the vibrant village of St Agnes our detached 400 year old miners cottage with a modern twist is packed with style and comfort. Set in a peaceful area surrounded by fields and footpaths, a few steps from the local riding stables and the walk into the village is a joy! Relax in the garden and watch the horses trot by, open up the front of the house and chill, listening to music with a barbecue or cosy near the wood burner on chilly nights. Our home is your home! This is not a holiday home. This is our unique home that we love and want to share with you. We go far and beyond to make you feel totally relaxed. Your holiday starts when you stop as we have done it all for you. Our previous guests have awarded us SUPERHOST for our care and consideration as hosts but also because we have a cool place! We leave EVERYTHING for you to utilise - no going to the shops for herbs or butter! We ensure you arrive and relax - with a cream tea and glass of fizz. We have built a new indoor/outdoor space with outdoor sofa & barbecue and so you can enjoy the garden/dining and sitting room. The lovely window seats are perfect nooks for reading a books. Plenty of seating outside and a sound system to add background to any sunny afternoon or evening. The lounge is the best place to snuggle with the wood burner alight. Two double bedrooms with king sized beds. Our open staircase may not be suitable for children under 7. You have our home all to yourself! Available by phone and 20 minutes away if you need us. Coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, fruit and veg shops, butchers, a deli and bakeries to sate any hunger and many gorgeous craft shops, locally made jewellery, pottery, art, a brewery - for gifts to take home. Lanes, fields, coastal footpaths, bridal-ways, the coast, beautiful beaches and a riding stables right on your doorstep for anything outdoors. If you feel the need to get in your car there is the rest of Cornwall to explore. Being close to the A30 and in the middle of the county, most attractions are around 30 minutes away. Everything you need within walking distance. This is our home so it has EVERYTHING you’ll need for a home away from home. Welcome pack of scones with jam and cream, Prosecco and food essentials. Use anything from the larder cupboard, herbs and spices. All cleaning supplies included plus toiletries and an honesty log pile for the wood burner. Gas barbecue for balmy evenings. Friendly helpful neighbours if you need them.
