MAGNOLIA HOMESTAY is a new exciting property, centrally located on the main East coast driving route & close to tourist attractions, UniSZA & Knowledge Park. It consisted of 3 bedrooms with open space living/ dining area & fully equipped kitchen. it comes fully furnished & suitable for 6 adults sharing. It has been decorated recently- simple, modern and comfortable. Breakfast/ dinner are available on request. Please let us know 24hr in advance. The whole house is accessible to the guest. Front porch can fit 2 cars. We can assist with any queries. This house located in the quiet kampung Tembila, closed to the nearby town like kampung Raja, Jerteh and Kota Bharu. Nearby restaurants and cafe are listed in the brochure, which are available on their arrival. I would suggest guest have their own car as public transport is poor in this part of the country BREKFAST/ DINNER we have collaborated with nearby restaurant to provide breakfast and dinner to our guests. If you are tired and lazy, you don't have to go out. Food will be deliver to the house... all we need from you is 24 hours notice so we can prepare. Set menu of RM 10 for breakfast.
