Glenbrook Beach is a small community with a great tidal beach that has its own playground and a boat jetty around the corner. The house has wifi, but 3g/4g is very limited in Glenbrook. **NO PARTIES OR EVENTS** This is a very relaxing 2 bedroom house, with a sleep-out which includes a bedroom, separate bathroom and a kitchenette with a great open communal area. The house itself is comfortable and holds everything you could need for a leisurely evening. With great outdoor space, lie out on the day bed in the sun or take the kids down too and know that they'll play safe on the fully fenced property. There is even a range of board games if you happen to get caught in the rain! Opportunity to hire a power boat ideal for fishing, fits up to six people. Please inquire for more information. With the beach on your doorstep, there is no need to go anywhere else, but if you must: • just a 12 minute drive to the Waiuku township where you will find a supermarket, petrol station, restaurants and more. • a 20 minute drive to the beautiful Awhitu Peninsula with more beaches and a Regional Park. You can even head all the way up to the Manukau Heads Lighthouse and to take in the views of the beautiful west coast. • only a 20 minute drive in the other direction to Pukekohe or Papakura, where all kinds of shopping await you, or to the closest of many wonderful golf courses. • it's less than an hours drive, you could be in the big city for a concert, sporting event or catch up at the viaduct taking in all the action... depending on Auckland traffic! • Auckland Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive. • you can do some exploring of the local delights, like country cafes, Glenbrook Vintage Railway or Waitangi falls... there's plenty to choose from! • ideal location if you're heading to an event at one of the many popular wedding venues in the region.
