You will feel like you are floating above the rock pools below, with an easy surf check from the deck. Set over two levels with living areas and decks on each floor the Point Beach House is the perfect getaway. Eclectic furnishings offer a mix of the contemporary and organic with a cruisy beach house vibe. The Point Beach House adjoins Inyadda Point Reserve and is surrounded by amazing surf spots, with Green Island straight out front, it doesn’t get much better than this. It is also a whale and bird watchers paradise and epitomises the raw beauty of the South Coast. Kangaroos and wallabies are also welcome neighbours in this beautiful area. You will need to complete a pre registration form stating all guests names and addresses as a condition of your booking, we follow all Covid 19 Government Guidelines. Nearby attractions: Of course the beaches and national parks speak for themselves but we also love just catching up on reading and not having a timetable but we also love to visit some of the areas great restaurants/cafes and of course Cupitt’s Winery, we leave our guests a complimentary bottle of their wine as a welcome gift, but when you visit them you should also check out their specialty cheeses. The nearby town of Milton is our main go to for major supplies, and is only a short drive away. Milton has some interesting boutiques and antique shops and Berry is a great day trip. Milton theatre is a great venue for live music, check their website to check who is in town. Ullladulla has a gorgeous harbour and also larger major shops if you need them as well as a cinema. And of course just hanging out on the deck and watching the ocean, whales and birds, the south coast really is a very special escape. House Rules -Excessive noise is not tolerated in the neighbourhood. It is a residential area and neighbours are close by so we kindly ask that you be respectful during your stay. -Strictly no more than 8 occupants in the house. Additional guests will not be approved. We ask that you respect the property during your stay and on your departure by removing garbage, cleaning the BBQ, cleaning the coffee machines, and not moving furniture. Excess cleaning & garbage charges will otherwise apply. - Check-in time is 3PM - 11PM via locked box and check out by 10AM -We require an undertaking from guests and clients who book for short term ‘accommodation only’ not to have parties, events and give an assurance that the property rented is for short term accommodation only. -Party/Disturbance Procedures: In the event an unsolicited event/party ensues , then the procedure is as follows: We will phone first, if not resolved our caretakers will attend immediately (at your cost) and attempt to resolve the concern. If a resolution is not forthcoming they will request immediate eviction as per this agreement. If this is met with resistance the Caretakers are instructed to call Police and if Councils are alerted further fines to you may arise. By booking your stay you agree to this procedure and all costs being deducted from your credit card. This is in addition to triggering loss of bond + damages + extra cleaning should it be necessary. As explained above, this costly, zero tolerance approach is necessary to protect our home and the amenity of the area. A copy of the House Manual/Terms & Conditions will be supplied upon enquiry and we ask that these be agreed to prior to any bookings.
