Able to sleep up to four adults and up to four children, this oceanfront house is ideal for a two-family getaway, for one family or for a couple looking for a special beachside retreat. The two main bedrooms have super-comfortable king beds, and the kids room has 1 x three-bed bunk plus a single trundle bed. The house has a huge living room adjacent to the balcony – throw open the curtains and daylight floods the home until sunset, then curl up on the enormous couch in front of a super-sized TV. Eat breakfast on the balcony, looking over Merewether Beach and towards the headland, and enjoy dinner around the six-seater dining table. The well-organised kitchen comes with crockery, cutlery, refrigerator and dishwasher, and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The main bathroom – which includes a bath and shower – is close to all bedrooms and a second toilet is located off the laundry, near the kids’ bedroom. Please note - The property is fitted with external security cameras on the front doors, side entry door and back door. The cameras cover the front balcony, the side door alcove & rear entry. There are also noise and occupancy monitors inside (NOT internal cameras).
