A book lovers paradise. Airy, spacious house with numerous cozy places to curl up with a book and a coffee or a glass of wine. Catch the morning sun on the lower deck or the evening sunset over the Swan River on the upper deck. Easy access to both Perth City and Fremantle, this makes a great base for the Perth Fringe Festival and PIAF. A beautiful 2 storey home located close to the river, ocean, city and Fremantle. High ceilings, floorboards and large open rooms create a sense of space within the home. There are 2 indoor living areas and 2 outdoor decks - perfect for soaking up the sun. Cosy up beside the fire during winter or enjoy the river views from the upstairs deck with a glass of champagne. Guests have access to all parts of the home except bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with saucepans, woks, rice cooker, slow cooker for your convenience. There is one bathroom with a shower located upstairs. An additional toilet and vanity is located downstairs for the use of guests. There is some gym equipment available for your use. Please feel free to join us for a meal if you wish. Attadale is a lovely riverside suburb located to the south of Perth City. A short bus trip into Fremantle or a lovely cycle along the river. A small community hub of shops, cafes and restaurants are just a short stroll away. The river is perfect for summer picnics and for water sports. The 910 and 111 bus take you into Fremantle or the City. As major transportation hubs it is easy to get any where from these two places. A money box is available to chip if for any food produce you may use. Please use our rice and pasta etc but just let us know if you use something up so it can be replaced and pop a couple of coins in the money box. We are relaxed and enjoy sharing our space with others. There is an additional bed available for this space. Please send a message if you would like this set up. An additional charge will be payable.
