Modern warm family home close to race course, park and river. 10- 15 mins walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Fully fenced with private garden and off-street parking. Wi-Fi and smart TV (incl Netflix and Neon). A great base to explore the wineries, Wither Hills park, Marlborough Sounds and local beauty spots. Guests have access to the whole house, with the exception of the garage which we use for storage. However there is ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. I am always available by phone to answer questions and our neighbours are available to help in an emergency. Our house is in Mayfield, 10-15 minutes walk from Blenheim CBD. We have off-street parking (no access to garage).
