It has a 42" TV and free WiFi and CABLE TV. Our FULLY AIRCONDITIONED Modern Kubo has separate Ladies Bedroom and Mens Bedroom. Each rooms have their own separate bathrooms. Next to the Villa is the billiards, darts area and the outdoor kitchen. Underneath the Modern Kubo is a large covered area with a 50" TV where guests can dine, play table tennis or sing along with our brand new Platinum karaoke A custom made bar table, bar stools and large refrigerator are set up under the Kubo if guests want to bring and serve their own drinks. Overlooking the balcony of the Modern Kubo is our newly refurbished pool with waterfalls and Jacuzzi, half court for basketball and another outdoor cooking area with charcoal BBQ grill.
