Outdoor dining area with large table for 8 people and gas grill/barbecue/plancha. All rooms have full ocean views and are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning/heating. Accessibility to all rooms and levels by elevator. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and outside. Safe deposit box. A security deposit of 1'000€ is required and will be returned to you at the end of the rental period.
