Family madness, animal crazy, loud and proud..

We live in a 5 bedroom split story home. We have available a double bed bedroom available for either a single person or a couple. Wifi and power available. Am happy for guests to cook if they wish, but will need to bring in their own food. If they are smokers, smoking has to be outside and away from the laundry. Need to like pets and will need their own vehicle as it's a walk into town. If they would like to see the site's around town, no problem in transporting them for the cost of petrol. I work from home and are available for anything they need We live on the cnr of State highway two and rural country road, Only a market garden next door and a empty paddock on the other side If you wish to walk in to town, its about a 20 min walk to the nearest countdown. Buses run only first thing in the morning and at night. Plenty of walking tracks around the katikati district and only 20 mins drive to waihi beach.
