Enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed 1 bedroom studio surrounded by wonderful bush views and amazing bird life. Wake to bird song every morning and get ready for the delights that the region has to offer. The gorgeous golden sands of Kaiteriteri beach are less than a 5 minute stroll away. The studio is handy to cafes, bike hire, a mountain bike park and a convenience store. Water taxis and kayaking tours into the Abel Tasman National Park depart from the Kaiteriteri beach daily. Your host Jude & Kev live on the first level of this property, with the fresh, modern Studio Apartment located on the lower level. You'll have private access and an outlook over the native bush that we have lovingly nutured for decades. The Studio is tastefully decorated with contemporary artworks by NZ artists, and has a comfortable queen bed, modern bathroom and lounge with TV and DVD player. Free wifi is available. The kitchenette includes everything you might need - a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. A BBQ is also available on your private outdoor patio. Three popular restaurants are also in walking distance. You'll find this special haven the perfect base to explore the many treasures that this region has to offer, and many guests wish they'd extended their stay for a day or two longer. Our studio apartment is located on the lower level with private access. Park your vehicle on the left hand side of the driveway next to the yellow air bnb sign. Access the studio down the steps through a lovely native garden setting. Having grown up in the area with a passion for the outdoors and arts we are certainly happy to offer friendly advice on local activities and amenities if required. We are usually nearby in the evenings and would love to give you some great tips to make the most of your stay in the area. Our neighbourhood is a quiet, safe and friendly area, a great place to relax and enjoy what Kaiteriteri has to offer. Laundry facilities are available. These are located upstairs and accessible when your hosts are on site.
