Pleasant flat in the center of the village of Quintal 10 minutes from Annecy, 15 minutes from the ski resort of the Semnoz and 40 minutes from Geneva. You will enjoy the calm of the village, the many walks and hikes in the nearby forest. The proximity of the city of Annecy and the lake while keeping a countryside surroundings in the middle of nature. All winter and summer activities are nearby our house, like skiing in a small resort, hiking in the forest, sledding with you kids, nordic skiing , enjoying all the lake activities like swimming, stand up paddling, wake boarding,.... We can advise you easily what ever you'll like to do. You will have access to the full 1 bedroom apartment with a free parking in the front and a small ski room. Fell free to ask if you need any advises. Quintal is a small typical village with the oldest church in the department 200m for our house, you'll like the tranquility and the nature around.
