Open plan accommodation includes living room with log burner. 2 bedrooms (double + twin) on lower level & 2 upper level loft bedrooms (with extra pull-out beds). Walking-distance to village grocery/ baker & Hotel bar restaurant, in addition coastline walking, cycle trails & dolphin-watching. The best part of the cottage is the views - constantly shifting water, light and weather - very easy to chill-out and relax! Inside, the small gantry kitchen includes electric cooker & oven, fridge/ freeezer, washer-dryer, kettle and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery and required utensils/ crockery. The cottage also includes private parking, lockable storage & exterior terrace area. Guests can avail use of the log burner (well stocked log shed) and the bicycles (3 nos) in the storage area. If so desired, the loft bedrooms (x2) each have an additional pull-out floor mattress, however given the compact & bijou nature of the cottage, we prefer the property to be identified as generally 5 beds/ sleeps 6. The cottage has nearby local grocery store & village hotel bar/ restaurant. To the rear is a kids play park. The cottage sits on the well-documented North Coast 500 cycle route. The property is ideally located for access to both Inverness, and the Black Isle and further afield North & West coast. Guests will be greeted on arrival to show around the cottage. When personal meeting is not available, guests will gain access to the door entry key in safety deposit box. North Kessock is a very quiet and peaceful village, perfect for relaxation and getting-away from hustle-bustle. As the cottage is located in a village setting, it is recommended for guests to have own transport. However, the cottage is close-by to regular bus transport.
