Check the availability of dates from a computer Villa a Diamante, ( mare bandiera blu ) sulla spiaggia dal giardino, è situata in un parco privato sulla spiaggia(con cancello elettrico) tra le due meraviglie del Litorale Cosentino : Diamante (nota x i suoi murales e x la festa del Peperoncino a settembre) e Belvedere (nota x le sue granite e il suo centro storico). Bagno in ristrutturazione. La villa suddivisa su due piani (con scala interna), mette a disposizione degli ospiti una camera da letto matrimoniale luminosa e accogliente, una camera doppia, una camera con letto singolo (nell'emergenza doppia) e al piano inferiore un divano letto. Inoltre due bagni con balconcino. Ancora un ampio soggiorno (al piano di sotto) che affaccia su una distesa di prato e favolosa vista mare, infine cucina completa di forno e macchina per il caffè e ripostiglio. E' provvista di tutto il materiale necessario per il soggiorno: lavatrice, lavastoviglie,TV sat 55’’ ,asciugacapelli,autoclave (nell'emergenza),biancheria,asciugamani e coperte,bollitore d’acqua . La villa , è dotata di posto auto riservato ed un giardino con discesa direttamente sulla spiaggia sabbiosa in un mare sempre pulito e calmo per la presenza di alcune scogliere artificiali . La villa comprende inoltre un giardino all' ingresso, comodo per lasciare bici , passeggini e quant'altro di 15 mq e un altro fronte mare di 120 mq con bellissima doccia esterna calda ,barbecue, ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere da letto, e nel soggiorno,arredamento completo per giardino, zona pranzo dove si può godere un panorama unico (con tavolo e sedie) , impianto di irrigazione automatico (x il prato) e cancelletto x discesa diretta sulla spiaggia ( il fiore all'occhiello della villa). Gode di un panorama mozzafiato e di un terrazzo al piano superiore che si affaccia sul mare dove godersi tramonti dai mille colori . Per andare in spiaggia non c'è bisogno di spostarsi. Per il centro di Diamante/Belvedere bisogna spostarsi con veicolo proprio entro 2km. ( 5 minuti in auto ). There is no need to move to the beach. For the Diamante / Belvedere center you have to move with your own vehicle within 2km. (5 minutes by car). La villa si trova in un parco privato tra Diamante e belvedere Marittimo, dove solo i proprietari hanno accesso. Inoltre si trova a 5 minuti ,con auto , da Diamante e Belvedere Marittimo . Gli orari x ingresso e uscita saranno stabiliti con la proprietaria , al fine di facilitare la permanenza degli ospiti .(orari flessibili ). The villa is located in a private park between Diamante and Maritime viewpoint, where only the owners have access. It is also 5 minutes away by car from Diamante and Belvedere Marittimo. The times for entry and exit will be established with the owner, in order to facilitate the stay of the guests (flexible hours).
