1 Bed Room in 75 m² shared flat living environment

The living space is ideal for people, who plan on staying long-term in Mülheim: Interns, Students or working people. But tourists are very welcome, too – everything the “ Ruhr Metropolis” has to offer, you can find out under metropoleruhr de. The room is your personal space to withdraw, which you can lock. There is one more rooms in this flat available for booking. Shared areas are the kitchen, bathroom, living room , balcony. These areas can be used by all guests. Fast wi-fi is available Tidy, cosy flat on second floor in a three-story house. There is (free) wi-fi available that reaches all rooms and can be used with all devices. The location is quiet but with great public transport connection to all directions. You can reach Mülheim main station (Hbf) in 5 minutes by tram and from there have multiple option – e.g. the Regional Express takes you in 20 Minutes to Düsseldorf or within 10 Minutes to Duisburg, Essen or Oberhausen. There’s free parking on the street available. You can also bring your bike – we have a safe space to keep it in. We also rent out bikes on request. Bed linen, towels and a bathrobe are included in your room. If you stay longer, you can use the washing machine – dryer combo to keep the linen, towels etc. clean. Vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils are available to look after your room as well. The shared rooms will be cleaned once a week by me. If you’d like that service (cleaning and washing) for your own room as well, you can book it for 20€ per hour (paid on request and cash). I live on the basement of this house so I am normally easy to reach if you have questions or problems. I also have a mobile phone you can call me on. I will always try my best to help and assist – if you wish! The Hermannstraße is a relatively long one-way street with lots of old trees and mostly well-kept and nicely renovated old family houses with small front house gardens and bigger gardens in the back. The Ruhr-West College is in 10 Minutes walking distance The A little bit down the street there is an old catholic church and a kindergarten – which you won’t hear except for the church bells occasionally. Within walking distance you’ll find supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, hair dressers and other little stores.
