Your area is closed off by a sliding door. Private bedroom, closet, bath, den with cable TV/DVD plus free wifi. Enjoy the backyard with spa, fireplace, grill plus two bike cruisers. Pacific ocean at the end of the hill. LAX is 10 minutes away. Centrally located, in many directions to attractions in LA......Venice, Marina del Rey, Malibu to the north, Manhattan, Hermosa n Redondo Beach to the south and LMU right next door. Playa Vista....Silicon Beach as it's now called is less then 10 minutes away. It's a city within a city, full of parks, movie theater's, cool restaurants, firepits, parks and walking paths. Dodger stadium, Disneyland, Hollywood, Getty Center, Orange County are all less than an hour away. Aside from your private space, you can use our kitchen (within limits), our cozy back yard with fireplace, and Jacuzzi. We are open and friendly and will be available to help guests with questions about the area. On the other hand, we both work and will be gone at times. The ocean air and beautiful breeze blowing that always keeps us cool. Being able to walk down the hill to the ocean bike path. Walkable resturants in all directions. 10 minutes to LAX. Go south n be in Manhattan Beach, go north n be in Malibu. Two Beach Cruisers to ride along the 26 mile ocean bike path. Ride the bikes to Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey or Venice for breakfast or lunch. Short walk to restaurants at the bottom of our hill. Even more restaurants and activities if you bike into Marina del Rey or Manhattan Beach. Laundry mat and cleaners at end of street.
