Amazing 130m2 apartment in the center of Warsaw! Our beautiful space with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and huge living room/kitchenette is a best place to stay for big family or group of friends. Our place is located 3-minutes-walk from Royal Route - Nowy Świat St. (Old Town - 1,5km, National Museum - 600m).Its absolutely the best location if you want to discover Warsaw. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator in the building. Place is very specious, with 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms and big living room its perfect for large groups. Two of the bedrooms have flatscreen tv, Wi-Fi in the apartment is very fast. In the living room there is a very big table and in every room you will find a desk to work. Also you will find in the apartment iron and dishwasher. The apartment is located in the prewar building and there are elements that are over 100 years old (floors, some doors ect.) that we decided to keep because it gives a place a unique ambience and charm. We have portable AC and fans so you should be comfortable during heat waves. Whole apartment is for your use. I am born and raised Varsovian so I will be more then happy to help you explore Warsaw. Apartment is in the center of the most popular part of Warsaw but on the very quiet street. The area is safe and close to great restaurants, shops, subway and anything you need to have a great time. Next door to my building is a bike rental and if you travel by car you can park it infront of the building (daily fee for parking is about 35 pln and free on weekends). Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden and fee for breaking that rule is 300 euro (there is a balcony where smoking is allowed). Between 10:00 pm and 7:00am is quite time. Also during the day we kindly ask you not to be noisy (shouting, loud music, singing loud ect.) Organizing a party in the apartment is strictly forbidden. In the apartment can sleep only guests who reserved it. Our place is in amazing building with fantastic neighbors so we kindly ask you to respect them and the house you rent.
