Wellcome to the City with Heart I offer you a room, 18m² in a 2-room-appartment for 1 person. I also live there during your stay in Munich. I prefer nice, kind, proper and communicative people. You share the kitchen and the bathroom with me. Your room is bright, with warm colours, you want to sleep long, no problem, there are shades to darken the room. you will share the bathroom and the kitchen with me. You cam cook your meals there. You will get space for your food in a shelf. You are welcome to ask me for advise how to get around or what to do during your stay. I will have some info flyers about the city of munich when you get here. The neighbourhood is a mixture of families and single people. You can reach some shops in walking distance You stay in a quiet and save neighbourhood. The building has 3 floors - 6 apartments. You can relax in a little garden that belongs to the building. in 3 minutes walking distance you have 2 buslines Bus nr 54 Bus nr 63 they bring you directly to the underground station u need, I explain it to you, when u get here. You need 20 min. to get to the Marienplatz.
