Our space is a well furnished condo unit. With airconditioning, shower heater, one queen sized bed and couch , dining table, refrigerator, electric kettle , microwave , basic dishes , induction cooker, iron for your clothes. Internet connection (fiber) and TV Plus for you to enjoy during your stay. 24/7 friendly security personnel. Please be advised that we can only accommodate 3 to 4 guests to avoid problem in staying especially while sleeping however we charge an additional of php 300 per head after the 2nd guest. Swimming pool with php100 charge per head(10yrs old and above) open until 9pm. For now its not available until further notice because of pandemic. Playground access for free. There’s also a few walk away to 7/11 or you can ride jeepney. * All appliances, furnitures damaged will be charged . * Lost key php1000 penalty * Lost tap card php 1000penalty * We provide extra mattress and linens upon request up to 4th guests. * Check-in time 2pm with allowance up to 4pm . Early check-in will be charged in full depending on weekday or weekend rate. *Check-out time 12noon with allowance until 1pm... Guests who will check out after 1pm will be charged equivalent to one day on weekday rate and weekend rate respectively. *Maximum length of stay is 28days. *With 5% discount on 7 days stay or more. * With 10 % discount on 28days stay. * Please dispose trash properly to avoid unnecessary insects in the unit. Campville’s trash bins are Located across the building. *We are requiring for atleast one photocopy of Gov’t issued i.d with signature for each guests together with its original for validation and proof of payment photocopy upon check-in and antigen result. *Please avoid too much noise for us not to distract with the other unit. *We always change linens / pillow cases/towels after every guests accommodation. *Potential minimal noise since our unit is near playground/swimming pool and Multi Purpose Hall.
