Very Central located Apartment that has all the amenities of a hotel with Chermside Westfield Cross the road 10 meters away, 15 minutes to Domestic and International Airport 10 minutes to Ciry Central (Brisbane City) Main Bus stop only 500 meters away that will take you anywhere around Brisbane NOTE: Please keep in mind that the bathroom is a private bathroom should only 1 bedroom be leased during the time of stay.. Should both rooms be leased during the dates booked, (it would be shared).. brand new apartment with great view overlooking a park area, 10 meter walk to Chermside Westfield shopping centre and 500 metres to the main bus station.. Large Room with Queen size bed... Guest have access to the bedroom Separate bathroom / toilet (should be not shared during there stay) they are welcome to use the outside sitting area kitchen / fridge use is OK as long as they clean after themselves (have a strict cooking policy please ask for terms on that). I travel a lot between states so your privacy is well kept and respected, most time I may be in the apartment during the time that you may be booked in as well, so please keep that in mind.. Great location Chermside Westfield across the road with all cafe and restaurants Main Bus station 300-500 meters away Please Note that 2 bedrooms are available at any given time to book individually the charge is based on each room and not both... So for 2 travelers to book both rooms that means double charge and not ONE.. Each room has its own queen size bed and build in wardrobes Each room accommodates for 1 person only and no partner or family.. Visitors are welcome however they will need to leave before 8-9pm, Strictly No stay over night or take advantage to shower while visiting the guest.. For an over night stay it must be approved by me with an additional cost that will apply and paid for prior the stay. No drinking / eating in the bedroom (kitchen bench only) Will require photo ID to be taken prior to handing over the keys
