All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi access. A rich continental-style breakfast buffet is offered in the garden or in the dining room with a view of the sea. You may taste our homemade marmalades, sweeten you palate with fruit picked from our own garden, enjoy the fresh bread coming right from the oven or help yourselves to some of our own eggs. Praia a Mare, a quiet town, is part of the “Riviera dei Cedri” (the “cedar coast”), which is around 50 km long, and welcomes its visitors with beaches of white sand, but also rugged shores or private lidos displaying all kinds of amenities. For the tourist, there is a wide choice of outdoor activities: diving and snorkelling, boating, windsurfing, rafting, horse-riding on the beach, parachuting, paragliding, quad-biking, but also classical sports like tennis and golf. To relax, a stroll along Praia’s seafront offers beautiful panoramic views, attractive restaurants that invite you to taste the typical dishes of the region. In the evenings, night spots and public events entertain the tourist who may do some shopping or just simply look at the beautiful starry sky above. Scalea Scalea is a historical city, full of ancient buildings and archaeological sites with Greek and Roman ruins. It is renowned for its numerous towers, for its old city centre, for its many different shops, bars and restaurants, displaying a traditional, but also lively and easy-going atmosphere. Maratea Maratea, a typical Calabrese town with its narrow alleys and small traditional restaurants and artisan’s shops is a fascinating place for every visitor. From the hill, where the statue of Christ the redeemer stands, a wide panoramic view can be enjoyed. Paola In the city of Paola, just across the hills, one finds the sanctuary of Saint Francis of Paola, built in the 16th century, housing the garments of the saint. Diamante The town of Diamante with its waterfront, its Murales (wall paintings) and its Chilli Pepper Festival will certainly be another pleasure trip. The best season in Calabria begins at the end of April / beginning of May and reigns supreme until mid October.
