Only a short drive to pristine beaches, many art galleries, craft and collectables shops, the highest number of antiques stores on the east coast or the longest white-water kayak trail in Australia, and there's always the sugar cane and cattle farm countryside to enjoy. Ulmarra is a small village of 450 people, you can easily spend an entire day wandering around the historic streets checking out the work of the local stores. If you want to venture further there is a bus at the door which will take you into Grafton to the south or Maclean and Yamba to the north. The Grafton airport and train station are only about 15 minutes away.
