Fresh modern family home close to Livingston town centre where you can enjoy a spot of shopping in the Livingston Designer Outlet, a meal at one of the many restaurants, a visit to the Vue cinema, a game of mini golf at the indoor Paradise Island Adventure Golf, a splash about at Bubbles Leisure pool. The list is endless. We have a 5 bedroom home with secluded back garden and garden furniture. Our family have all grown up and moved on. We love our place and would like to welcome guests who appreciate home comforts. We have two rooms with HD Sky TV. Sky Sports Complete Pack incl. F1 UHD Channel, which guests are welcome to use. Guests have full use of kitchen and laundry facilities. Guests welcome to tea /coffee and biscuits and any condiments required for cooking also available. Use of washing machine and dryer have a £2.50 fee each per wash/dry. As we live in the property we are always available to answer any questions or suggestions for things to do. Home is situated in quiet cul-de-sac in the Murieston area of Livingston, with local amenities in walking distance,eg. Supermarket, pharmacy, beauty salon, restaurants and local pub. Ideally located a few minutes walk from Livingston South railway station for commuting to both Edinburgh (20mins) or Glasgow Central (40mins) Local bus route to near by town centre or leisurely walk using the local footpaths.
