It has been in my family for several generations, has been lovingly restored by myself and my husband. The views from the bay window are magnificent, whether watching the sun rise or tracking a storm over the North Sea. The Master bedroom and the Snug also have TV’s that are housed in bookcases. The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard with the latest equipment that makes preparing meals a pleasure. The clean and fresh bathroom and shower room are also recently fitted and include a large load washer and a dryer. The entire flat is accessible to guests except for one lock up on the top floor and a store cupboard in the bathroom. My cousins will welcome you to the flat in our absence and answer any questions you may have about the flat. Located within minutes of busier Whitley Bay and Tynemouth, Cullercoats is the quieter seaside destination on the North East coast featuring several beaches, vantage points and several great coffee shops, restaurants and pubs within a 2 minute walk. The apartment is across the street from two beaches, a few minutes stroll to the cafes, restaurants, bars and shops of Cullercoats, and a 15-minute walk to Tynemouth and Whitley Bay. To travel further afield, the Cullercoats metro station is a five minute walk from the flat. Locally: Beach walking, surf lessons, biking and kayaking, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, the Spanish City.
