My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The property is serviced and is cleaned every 3rd day of your stay. It is also cleaned after check out. If you book the property for a long stay (more than а month), there is no cleaning included.Аlso when renting for a long stay (more than a month) the utilities bills (water and electricity) are not included in the price. Our services can be requested during your stay (cleaning, breakfast and dinner at our appointed restaurants and others). For only 20 lv. (per person/ per meal) you can enjoy breakfast in restaurant Club House. For 25 lv. (per person/ per meal) you can enjoy dinner. We are also happy for you to bring your pet.
