OYSTER BAY Waterfront Retreat @ Marlborough Sounds

The open plan living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen, Aga, breakfast bar and dinning room opening out to extensive decking and outdoor seating; a conservatory equipped with BBQ and Smoker allowing guests to entertain in all weather and a comfortable lounge area with surround sound entertainment. Bedrooms are four doubles, two with en-suite, one with balcony bath tub and one twin with shared bathroom. The two rooms with ensuites have day beds. Additional features include a walk in pantry, fully equiped laundry, a study desk with printer, photocopier, scanner. Guests will be met on the dock at the property, be settled in and all the features of the property explained. Guests will be given a mobile phone contact for any queries during their stay. Oyster Bay is secluded bay in a stunning location. Surrounded by 37 acres of beautiful grounds, forests and an abundance of wildlife the property has a private dock, deep water mooring and a safe swimming beach. The property is 30 minutes by boat taxi from Waikawa. Bedrooms are set up with four having double beds, one having two singles and two of the double rooms having day beds Please note this is a rural property with wild animals around e.g goats, possums, please do not leave food scraps out. I also have 7 sheep and a lost of birdlife on the property so dogs need to animal friendly. To keep possums out of the conservatory at night it is important to close the big door in to the conservatory. Thank you.
