Located in one of Manitowoc’s diverse neighborhoods the building was originally built as a grocery store. The lower first floors space has been converted into Lakebreeze Salon with a Hollywood Glam decor. Offering the opportunity to get your hair and nails done. This stunning Loft Apartment is on the second floor. Roomy, open plan with outside cozy deck seating., perfect for morning coffees and wine sunsets. Fully furnished with all the extras. Perfect for business travelers. Extended vacations, Football Fans as Lambeau Field is a 45 min drive up I-43 . We are also Close to The Badger historical coal fueled Car Ferry to Ludington, Michigan Feel free to book an appointment downstairs in the Salon, with one of the stylist. Walk east 13 blocks to beautiful Lake Michigan. Washington Street Park has music and other local events. Every Saturday morning in the summer there is a farmers market on 8th across from the Library. It is a pretty location on the harbor over looking the USS Cobia Submarine. You can tour this National Historic Landmark at the Maritime Museum. If you have a car it’s worth taking the scenic LS (lakeshore) drive along Lake Michigan. South takes you past Whistling Straights golf course, to Sheboygan Beaches and Harbor shops and North takes you to Two Rivers, Sturgeon Bay and all the way up to Door County. Uber, Lyft, Taxi Service and City Buses. The Suite is above a Salon. Be respectful of the noise level. Stay on the deck DO NOT venture over it onto the roof. No smoking No BBQ’s on Roof Deck one Fire was too much for me. Parking is free on the street and in Salon parking lot. There are city days where parking is not allowed due to cleaning streets and snow removal. I suggest you park in the parking lot to avoid a ticket.
