A haven of tranquility and peace in West Cornwall

This is a park holiday home on a small site within 2 miles of the coast, surrounded by countryside in the small village of Relubbus. The setting is unique and it has a charm of its own which is peaceful and welcoming. Unlike most holiday parks there is no entertainment or amusements. You are surrounded by nature walks and it is a haven for wildlife. You can reach a local pub at St Erth via a river walk. Enjoy peace and quiet at this special home at the end of a long day exploring Cornwall This is a park holiday home which is tranquil and quiet without entertainment on site. It appeals to those who like to be at one with nature but can drive within 5 mins to a sandy and surfing beach, cliff walks and many restaurants and pubs. All of West Cornwall is easily accessible and within 1/2 hr drive , from the Lizard to Lands End. The beaches on the North coast and St Ives are 8 miles. An ideal location for both coasts to explore. There are a range of amenities within the unit but I can provide additional extras if guests particularly request this. Reception is open each day until 5pm for any queries. I am always available by mobile and live locally. The unit is not dog friendly. The whole of the park home is yours. There is key pad for access. I am always available if you need me ( as I live within 5 minutes of the site) and am contactable by phone. There is a reception on site for queries ( open 9-5) and a launderette with washing and ironing facilities for guest' s use. I am available and will meet and greet guests if I can .. Please let me know your ETA if possible. I can advise on local amenities and attractions if needed. Maps and brochures will be available in the property and also at Reception. COVID 19 HAS RESTRICTED ACCESS TO THE LAUNDERETTE ON SITE AND ALSO RECEPTION . ALL CONTACT IS THROUGH MYSELF FOR THE REST OF 2021 AT LEAST. This is a rural location but is very close to the village and main road for access . This is a site which offers river walks and many footpaths around the area. A car is needed to get to beaches and other attractions which are within a few miles. There is a bus route at the end if the lane...about 1/4 mile. There are Park Rules which are common sense rules . There is a laundry on site and that is always available for guests with washers, dryers and ironing equipment. There is a very useful gate to the river walk next to the property. Please note the 2 single beds are each 2ft 6ins wide and therefore more suitable for children. Maximum occupancy 4 people in the home . A baby can be accommodated if guests bring their own travel cot/bedding. However if necessary a travel cot can be provided by request There is no high chair or baby equipment in the property.
