Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Dalia Villa Dalia is an amazing 4-bedroom villa, enjoying a prime location in the Varandas do Lago area. With a private swimming pool, beautiful garden and impressive traditional Algarvian barbecue ideal for preparing summer meals, the property is also a short drive from all amenities including excellent restaurants and golf-courses. This wonderful holiday home has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning (cooling and heating) in all bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on both the first and the ground floor (4 double bedrooms total), as well as an additional W.C. on the ground floor. The 9th person sleeps on an extra bed - Divan bed (incurs additional rental amount) in either one of the rooms or in the lounge area (according to preference). The family sized kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, iron & ironing board. The kitchen also has direct access to a wonderful outdoor terrace with a dining area and a traditional brick BBQ. The living / dining room is spacious and inviting, with ample seating, Satellite TV, DVD and large patio doors allowing plenty of natural light and access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The traditional, glazed double doors open out onto the swimming pool area at the front of the property, with sun loungers, table and chairs that allow you to enjoy breakfast with a view to the pool and garden. This fantastic villa is ideal for families and is located just a short drive from all amenities including a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops and is just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful, golden beaches of Ancão and Garrão Nascente. The excellent golf-courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also a short drive away. Car hire is recommended for this property, which we can help you to book on request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
