Casa Riva - a complete house with sea view

Casa Riva is a 4 bedroom villa with a big living room and kitchen. It has terraces around the house to sit and enjoy the beautiful view on the sea and Porto Maurizio, one of the oldest towns of Italy. In the summer, a small swimming pool is available in the garden. Attention: Due to COVID19, we make a special offer if you want to stay for a longer time in Casa Riva. Until end of june, you can stay in casa Riva and you will get a discount of 300/week or 2200/month on the normal price. Casa Riva is a beautiful place among the olive trees with a sea view on the Italian Riviera. It is a beautiful place among the olive trees along a donkey path that runs from Dolcedo to the 13th century chapel of Santa Brigida. During a rental the whole house is at your disposal. Casa Riva with its high wooden ceiling and 4 bedrooms is new and equipped with everything you need. It is available for 6 up to 12 persons. The Mediterranean Sea with beautiful beaches is only fifteen minutes away, although you have a view of it all day from the terraces surrounding the house. Explore the valley and culture This is the place to completely get to yourself, but also to enjoy being outside, the view and taking a dip in the sea. You can walk around in the area, and eat the fruits along the centuries old 'mulattiere', small donkey roads through the olivetrees that allow you to explore the entire valley. Closeby, there is also a fresh water source that scraped several natural swimming pools from the rock walls in the wilderness, where you can take a dip in the fresh water. Discover centuries-old villages in the valleys, or the glorious towns such as San Remo and Ventimiglia, even via the seaside bike path known from the Giro d'Italia. You can also eat at the farmers Agriturismo, who puts countless courses on the table, all fresh from his own garden. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our local host. The beach of San Lorenzo is on a 15/20 minute drive distance. The price is for the entire house with use by up to 6 people. The maximum capacity is 12 people. Above 6 people the surcharge is € 15 per person per night. The minimum number of nights is 4 The changeover days are free to choose Prices for longer periods and low season on request. Mandatory purchase of bed linen and final cleaning is € 175 for a stay of up to 6 people. Each additional person pays an additional surcharge of € 25 for this.
