Beautiful spacious house, recently renovated, in a suggestive small cluster in the heart of Arpino’s countryside, only few minutes’ drive from the historic center. A wonderful choice for a holiday home in a truly Italian setting. Our recently renovated bright and spacious house is a perfect choice for a family of four looking to experience a relaxing holiday in a true Italian setting and enjoy the great food and historical sightseeing Arpino has to offer. Situated in a characteristic cluster of few houses in the countryside, it is only a couple minutes’ drive from the historical center. The house is arranged over 2 floors, with two independent entrances and a wide terrace on the ground floor. All amenities are available, including A/C in the summer and central heating for the cold winter months, new furniture in the bedrooms and new fittings in the kitchen. Both bedrooms and living area boast amazing views of the countryside. The master bedroom features a double-size bed, large wardrobe and drawers. The second bedroom is spacious and has a two single beds and wardrobes. We have two finely decorated bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The open plan living area is furnished with two armchairs, a dining table, and it offers a fully fitted kitchen equipped with cookware, cutlery, dish washer, fridge, freezer, cooker and oven - all brand new. There is a separate living area with a comfortable sofa. Guests will have access to the full property. My family will greet you and give you the keys and information about the house and the surrounding area. You will be able to contact us any time by phone, email, or sms. The house is set in a small cluster called Treppanico, in the heart of Aprino’s countryside, boasting amazing views over the landscape and nearby villages. Within a couple of minutes’ drive is the ancient town of Arpino, native home to several illustrious men, from Ciero to Gaius Marius, and Marco Agrippa from the Roman Empire era. It is possible to visit the Cyclopean Arch in the antique village of Civitavecchia, a proper acropolis which dates back to XIII BC. Other attractions include hiking and mountain bike. There are many family run restaurants nearby, where it is possible to experience the true flavours of homemade Italian cuisine. It is surrounded by interesting towns which rich in history, architecture, art and culinary traditions. Rome and Naples are only 1.5 hours away by car, which makes it a perfect location for a daily trip.
