Property is located only 300m from Great Eastern Highway in Belmont, a suburb situated 8 km East of Perth CBD and 6 km from Perth Stadium and Crown Casino. Listed Price is for 10 guests as property can sleep 10 persons including sofa bed. Belmont is a very convenient suburb for a visitor as it is located between Perth International Airport and Perth City along Great Eastern Highway. Fully furnished house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen, 3 living areas and alfresco area. A self contained house equipped with all you need to have a comfortable stay including oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, rice cooker, cutlery, and other necessary kitchen gadgets like cocktail maker. Complete laundry with a washing machine, dryer and cloth drying line in backyard. One bathroom is equipped with bath tub and a shower. Master bed room is with attached bathroom with a shower and WC. There is a separate toilet next to laundry. Free Super Fast Unlimited Wi-Fi and Fetch TV by Optus with Disney Kids and Nickelodeon Channels to enjoy. Bed Room 1 (Master) is decorated with a queen bed, walk in closet and attached bathroom with shower and WC and equipped with an air conditioner and separate heater. Bed Room 2 is fitted with a single bed, study table, chair, fan, and ironing facilities. Bed Room 3 is decorated with a bunk bed (double on lower and single on upper), and reverse cycle air conditioner (cooling and heating) Bed Room 4 comes with a single bed and reverse cycle air conditioner. Bed Room 5 is decorated with 2 single beds and a reverse cycle air conditioner. Property is equipped with both cold and hot water, gas for cooking and 2 phase power. House is built with tiled roof and double brick walls with internal layer of thermal blocks to keep you warm throughout the year. Floor finishes of three bed rooms fitted with carpets and most of the other areas of house are with timber floors except entry and kitchen with tiles. You will be definitely be comfortable in a quiet house so close to all facilities and conveniently located with fully secured solid boundary wall to keep your privacy. Key safe is available at the entry door to check in at your convenient time after 2pm. Early check is possible at request subject to availability. Being a resident in the area more than 15 years, my experience is listed below for your information and enjoyment while you are here. Restaurants: Aquarium Sea Food Restaurant (please refer to leaflet and Menu left in brochure box). Aquarium is a very good sea food Chinese restaurant who serves Singapore Style, Malaysian Style and may other traditional Chinese foods. It’s one of my favourites and been in the business for more than 12 years now. Firehouse Restaurant (inside Country Comfort Hotel Inter City Perth); Firehouse is conveniently located at corner of Great Eastern Highway and Hardey Road (near traffic Light). Entry is from Hardey Road, just 2 minute walk from property. Firehouse is a great place to taste Black Angus Fillet (famous Australian beef) or Barramundi (famous West Australian/Northern Territory Fish). It’s a great place to share a meal with family. Spice Village (Indian Restaurant): If you like something spicy, then this is the nearest place. I have been there few times and they serve both North and South Indian varieties including different types of Naan breads, Dosai (South Indian) and may types of curries (Chicken, Fish, Lamb, and Vegies). Friendly staff and you can dine in or take-away. Please refer to restaurant leaflet in the menu box. Momiji Japanese Takeaway: Decent place if you want a quick meal or a bite like sushi. It’s located on 132 Epsom Avenue (10 minutes’ walk) or 2 minutes’ drive. Epsom Fish and Chips: A place to have fish and chips (Australian Style) and only open for dinner at 4.30pm. Located at 152 Epsom Avenue, again 10 minutes’ walk or 2 minutes’ drive. Belmont Forum Belmont Forum is a major shopping centre in City of Belmont. It’s located in suburb of Cloverdale (neighbouring suburb to Belmont) and 8 minutes’ drive from the property. Belmont Forum has a food court and great restaurants including the following: Jamaica Blue: Very good cafe to have a coffee or tea, sit and relax. It serves great sandwiches and meals, mostly healthy stuff. Coffee Club: Another cafe similar Jamaica Blue and serves seasonal specials and therefore menu changes throughout the year. Shingle-Inn: A great place to have a meal or coffee or even High Tea. They are bit better than a cafe as you can enjoy a quiet atmosphere and homely feeling. I recommend this place to have a good breakfast including varieties of Egg Benedict, priced reasonably but quality is good value for money. Nando's: A Portuguese style chicken grilled with tantalising famous Nando's sauce. If you are a chicken lover, a must try. Chocolateria San churos: Great place to enjoy chocolate drinks and churos. It’s located on the back of Belmont Forum near Aldis Supermarket. Dome Restaurant: An Australian way restaurant with all types of Aussie foods and seasonal specials. I love butter chicken with rice (seasonal) and club sandwich. My daughters love lasagne and spaghetti there. Dome is located conveniently near the Cinema. Other Important Shops/Places in and around Belmont Forum Shopping Centre Big W: A department store with cheap prices. Good place to shop for toys, home items, clothes and electronics. Many offers throughout the year; I love to shop in Big W. Kmart: Very similar to Big W (competitor) and always cheap prices. Coles: A supermarket and you can buy all your groceries, fruits and vegies. Also there are selection of other items like electrical, clothes and food (roast chicken). Woolworths: Similar to Coles (competitor). Aldis: Similar to Coles and Woolworth (though limited variety, prices are cheap – not the same quality as Coles and Woolworths). Doctors and Dentists: Around Belmont Forum there are a number of practices. Fulham GP is a great place if you need to consult a doctor, located on Fulham Avenue. Forum Dental Centre is on Abernathy Road near Belmont Forum. Swimming/Leisure Activities: Oasis Leisure Centre on Abernathy Road is a great place to relax on a public swimming pool. Day passes are less than $10 per adult. Please refer to leaflet for details. Reading Cinemas: A very good and the cheapest cinema in Perth. It’s a modern facility with multi-cinemas. Always advisable to book online as some popular movies are sold out as people are coming from far away due to its great ticket prices. Plenty of busses to City from Great Eastern highway (3 minutes walk from house) such as Route 936 and 296. Bus route 998 and 999 going in front of house will bring you to Fremantle, Murdoch University, Morley Galleria Shopping Centre, Oats Street Train Station. Bus is called 998 on one direction and 999 on opposite direction, it is called a circular route as it goes like a circle. Busses are run at every 15 minute frequency and very nice to take full trip to Fremantle as you can see many things along the way but will take more than an hour to bring you to Fremantle from the property. If you take 999, you can go to Bayswater Train Station, where you can take a train to City or Midland. Alternatively you can take 998 and get down at Oats Street Train Station, where you can take a train to City or Armadale or Thornlie. If you are to go to Crown Casino, please walk to Great Eastern Highway and take either 296 or 936 towards city. If you want to go to Ascot Racecourse, please take 999 opposite side of property towards Swan River. If you want to go to Belmont Forum Shopping Centre, please take 998 out side the property (bus stand is located either side 100m from property).
