One bedroom with full size bed and two closets. Coffee can be provided. Room 1 has a bathroom that is shared with one other room in the house. Free on-street parking, 3/4 mile walk to silver line metro and bus stop is 1 block away. Less than 1 mile to Safeway and Trader Joe and very convenient transportation to Tyson's corner and Galleria. Transportation to West Falls Church can also be provided if needed. Guests have access to a shared dining space, lounge with TV and Laundry facilities. Guests are welcome to use the fridge and dishes and do simple cooking tasks, but the kitchen space is shared and cannot accommodate heavy use. Please clean the kitchen area and do your own dishes after you use it. Thank you! Owner lives in upstairs. Please feel free to ask if anything is needed to make your stay comfortable. A quiet, tree filled neighborhood with easy access to bus and Metro transportation. A great transitional place if you are new to the area and looking for apartment. Lot of new employees of Capital One, EY and other companies near Tyson's area have stayed here before moving to apartments. Grocery store within waking distance and county park behind house.
