Brilliant 3 bedroom modern Caravan on a lovely park in Tywyn, situated on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. The caravan sleeps up to 8,is pet-friendly (accepts 2 small dogs). Walking distance to Tywyn town, beach and seafront. The Famous Tal-y-Llyn Railway is within a 5-minute walk. Please advise at time of booking if bringing pets. The Caravan sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children in 2 double beds and 1 twin bedroom, there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The Caravan is centrally heated throughout with radiators in all rooms. The lounge has a large sofa and armchairs, coffee table, TV with Freeview, it also has a gas fire together with a ceiling fan and lights. It has an open plan lounge/kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished and has modern facilities including oven, grill, hobs, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and separate freezer, dishes, utensils, cutlery are all supplied. There is a hallway which leads to a separate shower room and washbasin, there is also a separate WC with washbasin. From the hall are the three bedrooms, a twin with 2 single beds, wardrobe and storage space, a double with storage space and wardrobes and the main bedroom which is another double with storage space and wardrobes. There is good lighting throughout the caravan with wall lights and general lighting. The caravan has curtains and blinds in most of the rooms. The Caravan Park is situated very close to Tywyn, where you can find a beach, seafront, pubs, shops and supermarkets, there is also a childrens play area, sports and amusement arcades on the seafront in Tywyn. All in all a great family holiday in a lovely 3 bedroom caravan. Pets are accepted (maximum 2 small dogs). You must advise when booking that you are bringing pets, the charge for a pet is £10.00 per pet per stay.
