My place is close to Dawsville cut with views of the Peel Inlet. 5 min walk to the 🏖 My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Whether your travelling from inter state or just looking for some time away from your normal routine, my place is perfect for that quiet get away. You feel like you are living amongst the trees with plenty of native birds to keep you company. The beautiful views of the Peel Inlet really take over your senses giving you your own personal retreat from everyday life. Guests have access to the whole house except for the main bedroom which is locked & not rented. House is my private home I will not be living in the space whilst guests are enjoying their stay. Pricing listed is for couple sharing room, extra guest charges for use of both rooms.... please see additional pricing..... If booking 2 rooms for 2 guests both wanting their own room ‘NOT’ Sharing' ....extra fees will be charged on a 'Special Price' via contacting the host.... Extra room will be locked if prior arrangements are not confirmed... Two rooms both with Queen Bed. Space would suit a Couple and/or with 2 guests...Solo Getaway of course is welcome.... Thank You for your Enquires..... Guests are able to enjoy the space with no interruptions from myself, you will be able to contact the 'Assistant Host' who is not far for any requests or queries. GUEST USE; Fridge has an ICE MAKER & Cold Water.... Spices & Condiments in the downstairs/upstairs kitchen. Bread for toast,Banana Bread in freezer draw. Plunger Coffee kept in jar in fridges. Single use Milk & Juice in fridge. Single use Butter, Jams & Spreads in fridge/cupboard depending on weather. Small variety of Breakfast Cereals available in the upstairs kitchenette. Tea & Coffee available. Hot Chocolate & Marshmallows. Popcorn for movie night. NOT FOR GUEST USE; Alcohol & other foods not listed, soft drinks stored in fridge & cupboards. Meats & Pasta & any other food items in Fridge/Freezer that are not listed for guest use please DO NOT under any circumstances remove or use.... these are my private purchases. On occasion you may be gifted a ‘Welcome’ bottle of Champagne or Wine....... this will be on the ‘Guest Use’ side of the downstairs fridge. The Space is surrounded by 'Water' Falcon is considered an 'Island' because its accessibility is via two bridges. Falcon Bay & Peel Inlet provide a diverse setting for your stay. Travel via Train from Perth to Mandurah.... Taxi or Bus to Falcon ...... Yes, bus stops are 5 min away from my space by foot & if you would like to visit Mandurah City. Dish washer available in the downstairs kitchen, tablets in cupboard..... Washer & dryer available, Front loader washing liquid available... If the weather is conducive to using the clothes line .... Please Do.... Iron and Board available in the Laundry Area.... BBQ oven & Wok facilities available downstairs outside patio..... please be mindful & clean facilities accordingly.... BBQ cleaning wipes.... Fire Extinguisher under the sink in the downstairs & upstairs kitchen...... Please Dispose of sanitary items Responsibly. Smoking OUTSIDE PLEASE Ensure doors are closed..... House is security Alarmed.... Smart Lock codes are linked for access...These are changed remotely & monitored via App Technology. Key Pad entry is installed for Guest Access. Government ID Facial Recognition must match Guests booking profile.....Access will be denied if this is not verified.
