Park the car and forget about it! This is a beautifully renovated quaint ground level, 2 bedroom unit. It is centrally located in Cotton Tree in a quiet street whilst being close to everything. There is something in walking distance in every direction (less than 800m). Maroochydore surf beach, Maroochy river & Cotton Tree Park, Sunshine Plaza Shopping Complex, Ocean Street "the Eat Street of Maroochydore", RSL club, Bowls club, Maroochy Surf Club and Maroochydore CBD. It doesn't get better This is a small but very cosy unit. The open plan living, kitchen, dining flowing onto the courtyard area gives the feeling of spaciousness. If you want somewhere quiet to hangout, the is set up with large doors either end that can be opened up for some sea breeze. If you are a larger group we have Units 1, 2 & 3 in this complex available on airbnb. As it is a small complex we could easily host up to 3 families travelling together with the closeness to spend time together and the luxury of having your own space at the end of the day. Please send an enquiry if you are interested in this option. This unit is No.2 in the complex. You will have the designated unit 2 carpark at the front. At the back of the complex there are 2 large clotheslines that guests are welcome to use for their stay. Unit 2 does have a private courtyard area out the front. I am not usually at the unit upon arrival, however I am always contactable by phone Cotton Tree is a beautiful part of the world. This is an ideal family beach holiday destination that is unique in its proximity to all the services of the Maroochydore CBD. Corporate Bookings If you are looking for mid-week stays whilst working in and around the Maroochydore area this unit provides a great base whilst being within walking distance to the main business precinct and Sunshine Coast Plaza. Larger Bookings If you are a larger group or want to book in the future with a larger group we do have 3 units available in the complex that could be rented together. They also have SUP Hire set up directly on the river at the end of Second Ave. This is within 200m of the unit. Cafes There are plenty within walking distance. The Velo Project A 10min drive to Mooloolaba but well worth the car trip. The food here is unbeatable. Restaurants The Boat Shed This is the best spot for afternoon drinks enjoying the sunset over the Maroochy river. The food is spot on and the ambiance is exactly what you want when away at the beach. Junk Asian street food. The menu here is always changing but with a few staple dishes that are divine. Markets Cotton Tree Markets are held every Sunday from 7am to noon on nearby King Street. Easy day trip adventures Mt Coolum - Only a 15 minute drive and a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute hike to the top you can get a view of the entire Sunshine Coast. A great way to work up a sweat and get spectacular views of the Coastline. Buderim Falls - Hiding amongst the hilly suburb of Buderim is this treasure. An easy, enjoyable walk for all the family. The main Maroochydore bus depot is within walking distance form the unit (800m). You can easily travel to and from here to anywhere along the Sunshine Coast or further afar. The closest train station (Nambour) is approximately 25 minutes on the bus.
