Welcome to Athens! Fully functional, carefully designed and very comfortable, our apartment (68 sq.m) is ideal for up to 6 people. Situated very close to the historical city center, in the Ambelokipi neighborhood, just a 4-minute walk from the metro station "AMPELOKIPI" and close to important roads, the house is ideal for leisure and business travelers alike. Our apartment is located in a quiet alley in the area of Ag. Dimitriou Square (Ampelokipi), in the mezzanine of a small apartment building. A few steps at the entrance of the apartment building lead to our apartment. Our house consists of an open living room and kitchen area, office space, bedroom, bathroom, and two small balconies. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable three-seater sofa that turns into a double bed, armchair and auxiliary tables. The simple décor, the shades of gray combined with the yellow touches, the proper lighting, and the auxiliary equipment create a suitable room for rest. In the living room, you will also find a large air conditioning unit, Wifi and Smart TV. The space of the living room is separated from the office with a special metal structure that is both a space divider and a library. Books, decorative, photos and plants make up an original space divider that offers a sense of privacy. The office space is furnished in such a way as to meet the needs of people traveling for work. You will find a desk, proper lighting, stationery, and a comfortable chair while at the same time you can use this area as a second bedroom (a single bed converts to double). The single bed features pillows and throws and can also be used as a sofa. Additionally, the TV set is placed in the divider and it can serve either the living room or the office space. Light decoration and a frame composition complete the space. The kitchen, which is part of our living room, is fully equipped and suitable for preparing every meal. You will find all the necessary cooking utensils and electrical appliances for your convenience. You will also find a folding table that you can use according to your needs. In the kitchen area, there is a washing machine which our guests can use. The main bedroom of the house has a double bed with storage space and clean bedding sheets, perfect for rest after a busy day. In the room, you will find a wardrobe for storing your things, bedside tables and lights, as well as a mirror, a shelf, and a chair. The room has also an air-conditioning unit. The bathroom has a bathtub and proper equipment. Fresh, clean towels and supplies are available for every visitor. Our apartment is completed by two small balconies, one in the bedroom with street view and one in the living room with a view of the backyard. The front balcony has a light wall-mounted decoration with hanging plants. While on the back, larger balcony you will find a small sitting area and ancillary equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee in our cool and quiet balcony! Our guests have access to all areas of the apartment, except for selected parts of the closet in the bedroom area and in the area above the bathroom. The apartment is located in one of the central neighborhoods of the city at Ag. Dimitriou Square in Ambelokipi with fine food and drinks, just a 4-minute walk from the metro station "Ampelokipi". Ampelokipi is one of the most easily accessible areas, as it has many public transport links and is close to important central roads (Alexandras Av., Panormou Str., Kifissias Av., Messogion Av.). The area is known for its residential character, with many permanent residents, university students, and other visitors. It has an active shopping center, a variety of services, dining and entertainment places. An important feature is the presence of major medical centers, courthouses, and embassies. It is considered a very safe area with plenty of activities that can meet the needs of every visitor. We suggest you walk to the shopping streets of the area and discover the nearby cafes and restaurants. On Saturdays, you can find fresh fruits and vegetables at the local public market. Within minutes, you can find the Concert Hall where you can watch selected shows and concerts but also relax in the park that surrounds it. Using the metro, within a few minutes you can arrive at Syntagma Square and discover the commercial and historical center of Athens. The area is fully served by public transportation. The apartment is a 4-minute walk from both the metro and the city bus. There is a direct connection to the airport and to the Syntagma Square. Also, access to the port is quite easy. However, public parking is difficult and limited in the area. We recommend you to use private car parks that operate in the wider area if you travel by private mean.
