On the ground floor you find the living room with a view over the front yard and a wide central boulevard. The huge dining kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances and dishwasher. Both the living room and the kitchen have the high ceilings that give grand houses their special ambience. The bathroom offers a rainshower with high pressure hot water that will revive your every morning. A small stairs down leads to the lovely quiet bedroom directly connected to the garden in the back.
