FREE PARKING IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. In the popular Bosch and Vaart quarter, spacious, bright and characteristic family house (built in 1913) with a privacy-providing backyard on the south. This atmospheric mansion still has original details including stained-glass windows, high ceilings and marble fireplace. Our house is located in a very popular, quiet area in Haarlem, near Amsterdam (20 min car/train) and beaches of Bloemendaal and Zandvoort (15 min car/bus). Attractive location a short distance from the historic center, local shops, and city forest 'the Haarlemmerhout', roads to Amsterdam and Schiphol are easily accessible and the beach and the dunes are within cycling distance (20 minutes). The direct bus stop to Amsterdam center and Amsterdam Beach (Zandvoort/Bloemendaal) is only a 2 min walk. It will take you 10 min to walk to the center of Haarlem. ground floor: entrance, toilet with fountain, modern kitchen with various appliances, door to the backyard, spacious and bright living room and suite with conservatory (approx 13 x 4.00 meters) with wooden floor and French doors to the sunny backyard. 1st floor: bright bedroom with bay window at the front, side room front for laundry and drying, bedroom back with doors to spacious balcony, bathroom with double sink, bath, rain shower and design radiator. 2nd floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Approx. 200 square meters We live in a quiet area where you can park your car in front of the house. You don't have to pay. We also have 5 adult bikes and 2 children bikes that you can use. At the end of our street, you will find a cozy restaurant and a park for a nice walk. Just 2 minutes walk from here you will find the bus stop that brings you directly to the beach (15 min.) or center of Amsterdam (45 min.) You can also take a bike to the beach and then you're on for 25 min. Or you can take the train from Heemstede/Aerdenhout station which is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bike to go to Amsterdam Centrum. (15 min.)
