Haus Aria

House ARIA (comes from AnnemaRIA :-) has 130 m² distributed in: Ground floor: large bathroom with toilet and bath, entrance hall, kitchen, large living room, winter garden with passage to the garden with seating and sunbathing possibilities, barbecue. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (double beds) with balcony, 1 office, 1 conservatory, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. Views of the surrounding mountains and gardens. The house can accommodate 12 people if required (please inquire) otherwise there are 3 bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out sofa. For celebrations we can offer our wine cellar (for up to 40 people) in the Fasslreiter (3 minutes walk away) for a fee (please inquire). Since 2010 there are apartments "Fasslreiter". Now comes a holiday home "Aria". We look forward to continue to be in the house your hosts. Annemaria Klinger and Bernd Schwimmbeck From the house itself go hiking and biking trails.
