Modern and fully fitted with every convenience. The surrounding area is very pretty and rural. Fields of sunflowers and maize surround the estate. An extremely peaceful environment and only 2 minutes drive from the nearby village of St Maurin, which has a village shop and post office, and also an ancient abbey. The ground floor is an open plan living area, with kitchen and diner, leading to a comfortable lounge that easily sits 6 in front of an open fire place. Sat TV, WIFI, and DVD are available. The lounge leads to french doors which open onto a sun terrace with shade that overlooks the private pool, drive and orchard. The master bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor. Upstairs are two further bedrooms and bathrooms, and a mezzanine overlooking the lounge area. Guest have access to and sole use of the guesthouse, pool, front drive, and orchard. There is ample parking space at the house. Bikes are available on request. Table tennis and croquet available. A car is essential in this location. We are onsite to advise if requested, but we will give you total privacy. Hirondelles is part of the Debonnaire estate situated above the charming village of Saint Maurin. The village has a fully equipped shop, and a village square where there is a Post Office and an ancient abbey. Nearby is the bastide town of Puymerol which holds a jazz festival and night market in the summer. Beauville is 15 mins drive away and holds a weekly night market in July and August. A car is essential. Bikes for all ages are available on request Saturday to Saturday bookings during July and August. Checkin after 4pm and checkout by 10.00am.
