It's a perfect place to spend a great time in South Goa. It is in within 24/7 gated community with a common swimming pool (currently not open due to the pandemic). Benualium Beach is a 5 min walk and Margao City is a 15 min drive from this location. The 2 BHK apartment is also accessible to supermarkets and restaurants/beach shacks which serve delicious Goan Seafood. The house is equipped with basic necessities and Wifi. The gated colony is a 5 min walk to Benaulim beach which makes it a prime location. A 10 minute drive to Colva Beach and 15 min drive to Margao City. [IMPORTANT] Please note before booking: -- Guests must provide proof of having taken both shots of vaccine -- If only one shot has been taken, the guest must present a negative RT-PCR Report which is not older than 72 hours -- Those who have not taken a single dose of vaccine will not be permitted to enter or stay in the complex -- The above details does not apply to children below 18 years of age.
