Traditional house in the centre of Molyvos

Traditional house (90 m2) in the centre of Molyvos.The house is centrally located (very quiet neighbourhood), close to the market, the harbour, the beach of Molyvos and the night life of the village. It has (very close) parking area as well as mini market. It has two bedrooms, one with a double and one with a single bed. It has a dining and a lounge area.The bathroom has a washing machine while the kitchen has cooking utensils. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στον Μόλυβο (σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά), κοντά στην αγορά, στο λιμάνι, στην παραλία του Μολύβου και στην νυχτερινή ζωή του χωριού. Έχει πολύ κοντά χώρο στάθμευσης (20 μ) καθώς και μινι μάρκετ. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, μία με διπλό και μία με μονό κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει τραπεζαρία και σαλόνι. Στο μπάνιο υπάρχει πλυντήριο ρούχων ενώ η κουζίνα έχει μαγειρικά σκεύη. Η αυλή είναι ιδιόκτητη. Οι επισκέπτες έχουν πρόσβαση σε όλο το σπίτι
