A character property which offers a beautiful rural escape, with stunning views and nature right on your doorstep. Situated in the Waveney Valley which has many small market towns and picturesque villages. Perfectly positioned for easy access to the vibrant City of Norwich, the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast and the Norfolk Broads. Converted 4 years ago, Orchard Barn is perfect for couples or families who want to kick back and relax. The beams add character and the picture window is perfect for watching the Owl hunting on the marsh. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, but Loddon is just a mile away with its choice of pubs and cafes. Orchard Barn is your entirely, it has two double bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, a dining table and chairs and two comfortable sofas. You have a private rear patio which is a fantastic suntrap, and good place to spot the Owl on its way home, complete with BBQ and chiminea. Private parking for 2 cars and an Orchard full of fruit at your disposal. We are around if you need us - but rest assured we will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. We are on hand to meet you and answer questions but contactless entry is also available. We have cats and dogs who may well introduce themselves. Sisland is one of Norfolks' smallest villages - just 15 houses, a Church and a postbox - and although you will feel you are in the middle of nowhere, the main road network is just a mile away. The rural nature is great for cyclists and buses run through Loddon to Norwich /Beccles & Lowestoft very regularly but a car is really essential. We have a barn owl living next door in the industrial barn which is stunning to watch. We are surrounded by farm land and at certain times of the year they do work into the evening.
