As part of a Duplex, this 2 bedroom unit has been recently renovated to provide a stylish and practical package for your Bundy stay. With the living area offering reverse cycle air-conditioning as well as both Queen bedrooms you can be comfortable all year round. No attached garage but plenty of parking available to fit even larger vehicles at the rear, this property is great for longer stays. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac but only minutes to major shopping. Entering the unit is best from through the Laundry into the Kitchen area and open plan of the Living room. There is also and internal access from the garage into the living area. In the kitchen, you will find a small range of cutlery, cookware, & dishware for your use inside the cupboards and drawers, which you can use to prep in the Microwave and Electric Stove, or store some takeaway in the fridge. The Living room then opens up into the Lounge/dining area, which boasts a HD Smart TV visible from both the 4-seater dining table and the 3 seater couch for when you want to stream some Youtube or Netflix. You can also head down the stairs into the 2nd Lounge area that has been fitted into the garage and which you can open up and let a breeze through if you'd prefer over the Aircon. The bathroom has a spacious freestanding shower with a tidy Vanity available and is located next to the 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom comes with a Queen bed, Built-in Wardrobe, Bedside power stations, a Ceiling fan and Air conditioner. The 2nd bedroom is also equipped with a Queen bed, Built-in Wardrobe & Bedside power stations; however it does not have a Ceiling fan, only an Air conditioner. Extras included: - All beds are made up with fresh quality linen - One bath towel per guests is supplied - Basic kitchen items included tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. - Laundry detergent, soap and toilet paper are supplied for your first few days - Complimentary wi-fi free of charge Guests will have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, lounge, laundry & shared access to the backyard. The available bedrooms will be dependent on how many guests have booked the property (see house rules below), additional rooms can be made available on request, additional fees may apply. The property is tucked in a little cul-de-sac in Avoca only a 5-minute drive away from the Shopping center, Airport, Hospital and fast food. One of Bundaberg's major shopping centers, sits only 5 minutes away by car. you'll also have the Sugarland Tavern and the Brothers Sports Club close by for all entertaining needs. The nearest Bus stop is only a 3 minute walk away. There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. If a pet is found on premises a minimum of $100.00 fee will apply. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
