Nandi's Apartment - Colombo 5

This two level apartment in a private home is a clean, cozy & comfortable space in Colombo City. Ground floor has a small kitchen and dining area and upstairs a studio space which sleeps three comfortably in AC comfort & attached toilet with hot water, T/V and washing machine. This modern apartment [ 600sqf] is centrally located on Thibirigasyaya road colombo 5 in a highly residential area. The flat consist of a large A/C bedroom [350 Sqf] with attached bathroom with hot water. There is a large king size bed and a sofa bed to accommodate three people comfortably. The bedroom also has a washing machine, iron and an ironing board, cable TV and WiFi. The kitchen and dinning is situated downstairs and is equipped with a microwave, fridge, toaster. hot water kettle, induction cooker, cutlery n crockery . Linen and Towels will be provided and changed every 4 days.The apartment has a separate entrance n a set of keys will be given to the guest. The Naranenpita railway station is just across the main road, where u will also find the bus halt n Tuck tuck stand. We also have a cycle which you could use to ride to the independence square where there is a cycle and jogging track. The Keels super chain super market is 5 mts away from the apartment, and 4 main private hospitals are just round the corner with a walking distance. We have a variety of restaurants close to our house. Arabic- Hazzaris, Chinese - Moon river and Eighty eight. Indian - Amrith. KFC, Coffee Bean, Bread Talk, Fab, Sensal, Java lounge Cafe. Italian - Giovannis. All these restaurants are 5 to 10 minutes by tuk tuk. There are lots of historical places of interest close by too, The National museum, Independence square , BMICH, Galle Face green and The old parliament etc The famous shopping malls like Odel, Barefoot, Paradise Road, house of fashion, Romafour, are 10 mts by tuk tuk. We have a roof top garden which is situated in the main house but you are free to use it to get a great suntan. Run by an entrepreneurial housewife of a hotelier lives in the main house with their 2 teenage kids and her husband. We also two very friendly dogs terriers - mother n her puppy. Animal lovers are welcome to visit the main house to play with them. House is located on a private residential lane. Close to a number of restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, jogging/walking grounds n shopping complexes. In case airport pick up is required we could organize an A/C taxi or A/C van to page and pick you from the airport for a nominal cost of Rs 3600 or approx 33 US$. This could be paid to the Taxi stand direct at the airport. Check in/out times are flexible. Looking forward to welcoming you to Sri Lanka.
