Long stay car parking is located 100 metres from the property. Salcombe and Dartmouth are just short drives away by car or by boat along with many gorgeous beaches. The flat has recently been extensively refurbished and tastefully decorated throughout. A lovely self-contained first floor two bed flat. Private entrance off the high street, through the alley and up the stairs into your own well-kept flat. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a zip & link bed which can be set up either as a king or as two singles depending on your preference; just let us know when you book. We use luxurious silky smooth bed linen with a high thread count to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. The living room has a comfy sofa with a smart TV, WiFi and board games. The dining area forms part of the living room with a vintage pine dining table for four people. The kitchen is well-equipped and contains a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and sink as well as all pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is one bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail. Quality bath towels are provided. Self-contained flat which guests will have full and sole access to. There is a plethora of gorgeous beaches within a short drive and Dartmoor is also nearby for some lovely walks over the hills.
