The main building has a large living room with big sliding doors facing the ocean including a gourmet kitchen with gas stove and high end appliances, the upstairs has the master suite with two balconies, Entertainment area, California King bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. The second structure has one guest bedroom and bathroom with shower bath downstairs and two large guest bedrooms with full bathroom upstairs. There are great outside sitting and dining areas and an infinity dipping pool. There is no access to the ocean from the property, next beaches are in Paia or outside Paia town Baldwin Beach Park. The gated property is at the end of a small lane-way and provides great privacy. Yet is only a few minutes walk away from gourmet restaurants and boutiques in Paia town.
