The property has been in my family for 40 years and enjoys a light and bright feeling throughout. Ideally located for spending days on the beach or for exploring the coastal footpaths. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 people, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living room and dining area. Guests have access to a double parking space, small outdoor seating area with picnic bench, large balcony overlooking the beach and the entire house. I am available throughout your stay for any questions you may have. Portreath is a seaside village with a blue flag award winning sandy beach overlooking Gull Rock and the harbour. In Cornish language Portreath translates to 'harbour beach'. There's a cafe, shop, bakery, four pubs, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. There is a private parking space available for two cars. Buses regularly visit Portreath, and the nearest train station is in Redruth which is a 10 minute drive away. The Sounthwest coastal footpath passes directly near the house. There are uneven steps leading down to the property.
